My name is Justin Victorio, I am the Co-Founder and Head Videographer & Editor of Anecdote Productions.
I’m from Belleville, NJ a small diverse town neighboring Newark. Growing up, I was always fascinated with nostalgia, story telling, and emotion. My dad would play me home videos from the 90s of my older sister and I. We would spend family nights just reliving old memories through video documentation.
From there my love for story telling blossomed.
I constantly find inspiration from other forms of art such as music, dancing, and the art of conversation.
My goal as an artist is to capture authenticity in its purest form while holding respect to who the subject is as a person.
When I’m not filming, you can usually catch me singing along to Snoh Aalegra, watching basketball, listening or reading poetry, and embracing streetwear culture. If any of these things resonate with you I’m sure, I’m absolutely confident we will be a good fit. You know what I’m talking about.
Anthony Nazario
Hey my name is Anthony Nazario, and I’m Co-Founder and Head Photographer of Anecdote Productions. I’m from Belleville, NJ - home to a beautiful and diverse community. I’ve been fascinated by stories and the emotions that weave them together since I was young. My first real exposure to storytelling is the countless movies that my family would watch together whether that be at home or at the movies. Knowing that each person has lived and has yet to live their own unique story filled with experience and emotion is why I pick up a camera.
Some other things I love are basketball (specifically, the Brooklyn Nets), yoga, design, fashion, movies, food, and travel. I know that you know what I’m saying.
